Isobella Lord

Designer

Collecting disco balls is completely normal right? Everyone does it, yeah? Ok, maybe it’s just Bella… she is one of a kind, after all.

Bella joins our archi team with a wide range of talents, a wealth of knowledge, and a design magic that is uniquely hers (just like her disco ball collection).

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from UTAS, with majors in Interior Design and Architecture, she quickly hopped across Bass Strait to conquer Melbourne with her Master of Architecture.

While her head was still in the books, however, she kicked into Interior Designer mode, rocking a role that specialised in hospitality fit-outs. From site measure-ups to getting her hands dirty on the tools with tradie life, she's done it all — painting, building, joinery, venue styling… you name it.

Outside of work, Bella’s creativity keeps flowing. In fact, she’s basically a home-grown Picasso! Turn the 90s music up, give her a brush and some oil paint, and see her relaxed, creative side come to life.

And if she’s not painting up a storm, you can find Bella hanging out with her best bud, George – hitting the beach year-round, walking in the bush or taking over the park. To top it off, throw Bella behind a coffee machine or a bar, and she’ll serve up some seriously great drinks too – caffeine, alcohol, or a mix of both! Espresso martini anyone? This girl obviously knows the secret to success at S. Group…
