When the SRA team came to us wanting a rebrand, we were excited by the fact that these guys think big. They were wanting a new brand that was fresh and bold - something that reflected the impact they aim to have on their clients, and the flow on effect that this has with their clients in their own workplaces. The new name and brand needed to set them apart from their competitors, and emphasize the idea of pushing things to the limit (and beyond!).
After an initial brand strategy workshop, in which we gained a better understanding of their business, their target market and their brand personality (amongst other things), we came back to them with a strategy, a positioning line and a name suggestion. 'Enth degree' refers to exponential amplification, without limits. It relates to the work they do being customised to each organisation, and the idea of individuals reaching their full potential (and more!).
With the name agreed on, we then developed a visual brand - a strong, contemporary presence which is bold and eye-catching, yet professional. The design, with the open 'e', communicates an undefined entry to the change process, becoming more finite as it progresses. Both the typographic approach and the perceived perception of the full stop to degree symbol can be interpreted as the amplification the nth degree stands for.
With a strong logo, accompanying style guide and some initial collateral designed, the team at Enth Degree are now running with it, and unleashing their brand to the world!
