Damon Marshall
Designer
Damo was hardwired at birth to be in the archi industry and throughout his younger years, his mama said he should follow his heart. Now, only the memory remains of his youth, but when it comes to delivering the best, Damo believes that nothing else matters.
He’s a problem solver who specialises in conceptual design and project management, and having worked in the industry for over 15 years, the only time we have ever seen him stressed was last Friday afternoon when we forgot to stock the fridge with knock-offs (valid).
He’s a practical designer who takes a human approach to design thinking and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in residential and commercial projects. His lack of ego means that he never has a holier than thou attitude. He’s a pleasure to work with right until the end of the line and his fuel is seeing his client’s face when they’re drawn to their new property like a moth into flame.
Want to know 3 facts about Damo? He can sail yachts, has webbed feet and once got trapped under ice, which is sad but true. Don’t hold his webbed feet against him though.
When Damo isn’t designing homes, schools or commercial buildings, he can be found on the netball court or re-living Port Adelaide’s 2004 Grand Final win (Damo, we really need you to let that one go, mate).
Oh, and he loves Metallica.
