"Claire Bear"

Senior Producer/Creative

Biography

Great things come in small packages. Case in point: Claire Hayes. Barely pushing above 5ft, Claire packs in over a decade’s experience in brand, strategy, design and marketing both in Australia and overseas, honing her skills in agencies and as an owner of her own creative business.

With a love for data-driven and human-centric design, Claire specialises in user-experience and user-interface design balancing a love for the creative with logical and analytical common-sense thinking.

Cool as the coldest cucumber under pressure (but as warm as an electric blanket on 4), Claire is passionate about her community and dedicates her spare time to volunteering or working on her passion project, Grapple Isle.

As a purple belt in the art of jiu-jitsu, you’ll find Claire training 3-4 nights a week, and, unfortunately, she sometimes practices on her colleagues (we’re fine, we’re fine). When the weekend rolls around, you will find Claire exploring our amazing state of Tassie, spoiling her two puppies, and watching jiu-jitsu and the UFC however and wherever.

An office vox pop revealed that Claire was unanimously described as the most organised person at S. Group (true story) and we don’t even hold it against her that she is a pom and doesn’t know the words to ‘You’re the Voice’, okay, maybe a little.
