Brenda Chew

Brenda is a Malaysian-born designer who has recently completed her Masters of Architecture at the University of Tasmania. Having a cross-cultural background enables her to envision built forms in a different manner, especially in the performance and performativity of spaces. She is particularly interested in the ‘minimalism movement’ and everything relating to aesthetics.

Outside of work, Brenda diverts her attention to the world of fashion and wishes to design the runway of her dreams in the near future. She is enthusiastic about all things crafty – DIYs, creating Instagram content, spreading acrylics on canvas and putting different looks together for the best ‘#outfitoftheday'!

Apart from designing, Brenda used to be on the Track & Field team running for a gold medal, but now she only runs at the gym when summer is around the corner.
