Description
04Ash (Launceston) is an example of a successful development project that we have undertaken ourselves. After purchasing the property in West Launceston, we had initially considered demolishing the existing home and constructing three new townhouses.
Through the project feasibility phase and after conducting market research, it was identified that we would achieve the greatest return on investment (ROI) by retaining and renovating the existing home at the front, and constructing two new 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouses to the rear.
Our architects developed the concept design for the townhouses and navigated council planning approvals in order to create the strata titling, following which the construction documentation was developed and the project tendered to market.
Our brand and marketing team were involved in developing the brand identity, marketing collateral, and the advertising campaign, and 04Ash was launched to the market through multiple 'open days' too much fanfare.
The 04Ash development was a successful one for S. with all three homes selling in quick succession, and achieving our goal sale prices.
