create wonder.

Residential architecture.

This contemporary home of some 150m² responds intelligently to the challenging sloped site, minimising site works whilst maximising elevation and floor area. Fragmented into two pavilions the home distinctly separates private and public spaces.

Although modest in footprint, the home utilises clever logistical design along with a knowing fenestration, ensuring living areas are perceived on a grand scale. Dramatic first impressions from the streetscape are generated by the notable gradation along with the juxtaposition of form between the two pavilions.
