Residential architecture.
Balfour Street - officially named in January of 1825, is one of the early streets appearing in the 1826 map of Launceston and was named in honour of the highly respected Lieutenant-Colonel William Balfour. A few years has passed since then, but we reckon Bill would be pretty happy with this beauty in his street.
Working within the constraints of a 360m2 block, and with Ethel street bordering its west and northern boundaries, Balfour is a fantastic example of what can be achieved through thoughtful design. Our ground floor incorporates the entry, double garage, 2-bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, rumpus, and the generous outdoor entertainment area with its pool. Whilst the luxurious and spacious upper-floor hosts the master suite, study, formal lounge, and an open plan kitchen-dining-living area.
