We had a heap of fun with this little project!
Working closely with our client and council, what we have are two townhouses perched on the edge of the hill, both 3-bed and 2-bath, efficient floor plans, orientation to mountain views, and a wonderful architectural finish... the perfect model for this type of development!
Our archi team were stoked that the initial concept renders came to life as envisaged, with the end product matching their intention to a T.
