Located in Jinglers Creek overlooking the hills and mountains, this clever design has no shortage of stunning views – inside and out!
There isn't much more you could want in a family home - this place takes spacious living to the next level.
The design was inspired by a mid-century floating pavilion: lightweight on the upper level which floats above a masonry base. Sitting on a corner block, the intersecting angles provide privacy, sunlight and views for days (it looks pretty amazing, too).
The materials chosen contrast light and dark, producing a contemporary finish while mirroring the concept of traditional architecture.
Inside, the open plan living area provides two break-out spaces with opposing vistas, meaning the owners can enjoy the sunshine at all times of the day and year.
