Set on a dramatic site high above Blackmans Bay, the site slopes considerably away from the approach presenting a challenge in meeting the client brief of a home with significant architectural street impact.

Floor levels, landscape elements, balanced with form and facade treatments create the desired impact on approach. The design consistently plays with height and levels drawing connection and interaction between levels ensuring the idea of family is not lost over the scale of the home.
