Despite our design teams considerable experience with townhouse development, this particular project was a challenge due to the exceptionally steep slope of the block and the modest budget.

Despite the challenges of the project S. delivered two homes with stunning views, a thoughtful programmatic layout and exceptional fixtures and finishes. The site restraints called for a reduced footprint, yet the clever implementation of high ceilings, light-filled rooms and seamless integration of outdoor living areas, created the feeling of a much larger home.
