Residential architecture.
Say hello to "Charlie's Run"
This feels like Legana used to feel like... leafy, rural-esque, spacious, and relaxing.
Working with the 'triangular' shaped block, the home is a simple but beautiful rectangular form with gable roof, stretching along the eastern boundary. The home then 'captures' and opens toward the westerly afternoon sun - the living zone flowing out onto a paved courtyard and established trees.Use of natural materials - timber and brick, accompany the contemporary cladding by James Hardie (Fine Texture Cladding) and COLORBOND steel.
