A challenging brief, and working with a range of constraints within the site, we're really proud of the finished product at 177 Liverpool.
The development incorporated two x 2-bedroom apartments and enjoys views taking in both the River Derwent and Kunanyi. The materiality was selected to reflect the urban context in which it resides, whilst the interior feels light-filled and warm.
Overall a really enjoyable project, and gave the property a new lease on life!
