Brand, web + marketing.
It’s not every day that a 372-lot sub division gets off the ground in Launceston…
And just like the scale of the development, the project – from a brand and marketing perspective – has been impressive. Working with the developers, Kin Capital, as well as Federal Group and Harcourts Launceston, our brand and marketing team went all out to ensure the positioning of this brand was perfect.
Starting out with a workshop and brand strategy, we made some small tweaks to the logo, to ensure it was relevant to our identified target market.
After the brand identity was established, we rolled this out across a range of collateral – business cards, pull up banners, flyers and a high quality 16 page brochure. If you keep an eye out on Country Club Avenue, you’ll also see an on-brand construction mesh fence. (In fact, it’s pretty hard to miss!)
Our photo and video team also got to work doing what they’re great at – capturing those early morning sunrises and evening moments (amongst other things!) to create a suite of photography and a launch video that not only captures all that is special about this location, but positions this development as one that will appeal to a range of people at various stages of their lives – all while creating a unique sense of community…
The website for Country Club Estate was also carefully considered, balancing the high quality ‘product’ and positioning of the brand with clear calls-to-action and information on the various releases of land.
As this development rolls out, we will continue to adapt the marketing messages to various stages and target markets – all the while building a brand that speaks of quality, community and promotes a sense of belonging.
